This recipe is really simple and easy to follow and only takes up half hour of your day. It only needs three ingredients and is one of my personal favourites. Garlic Butter! This can be stored in the fridge for a long period of time, which makes it easy to take out and use whenever its needed.
This goes great on bread for a quick snack or slathered onto a piece of fresh fish to awaken the flavours! Lets get started.
- 250g of unsalted Butter
- 80g Curly Parsley
- 100g peeled Garlic
Start of by leaving the butter at room temperature to soften. You are going to need to mix the ingredients together and having the butter soft is practically the only way its going to work.
Next finely chop the garlic and curly parsley as much as you can. A blender can help if you are not so good with a knife. Place all ingredients into a blender and add two table spoons of olive oil to help the blender chop up the ingredients.
Finally add the finely blended ingredients to the butter and mix well. You may see that the butter is turning a light green colour. Don’t worry, this is normal and gives a good tint to your foods.
